On Location Ultimate Hospitality

On the occasion of the 96th Monza Grand Prix, Venticento Eventi provided both creative and operational contributions to the logistics management of Ultimate Hospitality, the new frontier of hospitality at the Autodromo di Monza.
This project involved our team in the creation and development of the Hospitality’s Key Visual. Over the 3-day event, we welcomed 1,500 guests each day into an environment we had designed down to the smallest detail. This included: the selection and layout of furniture across the structure’s two floors, the development of on-site signage and online communications, safety & security procedures, catering coordination, day-by-day work supervision, and event staff briefing.
Venticento Eventi coordinated all parties involved to ensure that every guest could fully experience the adrenaline and excellence of the Monza circuit in an unprecedented hospitality experience.
